  My advice is report them to Panda Express Corporate if you don't nothing will change. Best time to get it good is when they 1st open in am! Best experience I've had are at 3 locations. #1 Springfield, Missouri, #2 Barstow, California, # 3 Effingham, Illinois. The Effingham location gets really busy, so always fresh. All 3 have great service. But, I'm biased cause I live near Springfield, Missouri. Service is great & I love the cute ladies smiles! It's even better when they cook it in front of you! The 1 star is for this particular location in South Holland travel plaza on I 80 West in Illinois. But, 4 to 5 stars for all locations I mentioned above. Except, Sout Holland.
