  I worked in the molding department for a few months only to be let go . This review is solely based on experiences and views shared by fellow employees .
  
  This is a very prejudicial and outdated "SHOPPE" . The C.E.O ( older woman in her 60s )is often seen sauntering around the building like a ghost in a haunted house. There is so much product that has not been sorted out so it lays along the edges of the walls and open spaces.
  
  The same can be said about the black guy Marcus who leads there . Provided is a picture of him stuffing his face with unhealthy food . He eats 3 polish sausages with extra onions every morning followed by a hot greasy chicago style sandwich every lunch . The man eats food like a snake . (upper right corner of picture) . He is a gross greasy black bald man whos skin is always greasy from the pork sausage he eats. I also caught him eatinig someones lunch . He often belittles the guys building mold tables behind their backs. He called one guy a stupid MF while we were getting ready to push a table into the kiln ...it was sad seeing as the guys stepson got shot a week prior .
  
  THis place is disgusting , dusty, and racist . The demographic is 40+ straight white male and female. you will see mullet cuts and people who are stuck in the 70's and 80's . For $11.00 and $9.25 an hour you will see an absolute drop in moral and a freakshow .
