  Visited 11/13/17 to take advantage of the 7 day free pass. As soon as I get there the rep immediately started telling me pricing and what they charge for a day pass which is not what I asked for. I reiterated that I am here to take advantage of the “free” 7 day pass and tour the facility. I showed her the confirmation email as directed from the site. We go in an office she says that the website doesn’t say but charge a $20 deposit for the 7 day pass. I’m like for what she says for the key fob for the 24hr access. I was totally confused because free means free and no where on the site states a $20.00 deposit is required. The 7 day pass is only available during guest hours so why would I need a key fob for 24hr access like a paying member? It seems as though they are bias towards customers using the “free” 7 day pass because people don’t purchase the membership afterward. But they didn’t know what my intentions were. This high priced gym or fitness facility is not worth the hype and fails when it comes to customer experience in my opinion
